Keanu plays Klaatu. Here's the dialogue in the trailer: Polygraph Operator (David Richmond-Peck): Do you feel pain? Klaatu (Keanu Reeves): My body does. Polygraph Operator: Are you Human? Klaatu: My body is. The film will be released on December 12, 2008, and if it's anything like the trailer, it should be really good. Keanu did reveal in an interview that the famous phrase "Klaatu barada nikto" will be uttered. Hopefully, Gort will comply and Earth will be saved. But you never know with a remake. The new installment stars Brendan Fraser, Jet Li, Maria Bello, John Hannah and Michelle Yeoh. Maria Bello is stepping in to replace Rachel Weisz as Evelyn Carnahan O'Connell. The film will be out July 25, 2008. You can find the trailer and film details on the website at xfiles.com. Blogs like Xfilesnews.com and xfilesultimate.com are tracking the film. There is a lot of discussion and possible spoilers on the Internets. X-Files 2 screenwriter Frank Spotnitz warns fans not to believe any speculation about the film they read online. And likewise, according to fellow "X-Files 2" screenwriter Frank Spotnitz, audiences should beware of idle speculation online. "They shouldn't believe anything because they're going to feel burned or disappointed inevitably that day," he argued. "So that's really been our stance all along because there's so much misinformation on the Internet. And people saying they have credible sources or call-sheets that are of dubious authenticity. The best thing is to view everything skeptically and wait for the movie." Iron Man was excellent, by the way. Robert Downey, Jr. gives an Oscar-worthy performance. Hey, there's an idea: nominate him for an Oscar and watch how many people tune in to see that broadcast. The new film will be written and directed by Frank Miller, director of Sin City and 300. It doesn't come out until January, 2009, but we think you can get a feel of where Frank is taking it. But there's a problem: Marvel and Norton are in some kind of feud over the script. Norton was promised huge input into the film after they got him to rewrite the script. Now the fight is over how to edit the film: Marvel and Norton don't agree on the point of view. Norton is known for being prickly, but for really knowing his stuff. We'll see how it turns out. The show premieres on Fox on Sunday 1/13/08 at 8/7c and Monday 1/14/08 at 9/8c. The story picks up after the events of Terminator 2 which Sarah Connor and her teenage son John Connor trying to avoid both the government and robotic enemies from the future. Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile) wrote the screenplay and is directing the horror film. It looks dark, creepy and very scary as the ordinary people trapped in supermarket battle what's in the mist as well as their darkest fears. Based on the book by Steven Gould, the film stars Hayden Christensen, Samuel L. Jackson, Diane Lane, Jamie Bell, Rachel Bilson and Tom Hulce. The description of the film is: A genetic anomaly allows a young man to teleport himself anywhere. He discovers this gift has existed for centuries and finds himself in a war that has been raging for thousands of years between "Jumpers" and those who have sworn to kill them. The film will be released on May 2, 2008. More details available here on IMDB.com. A trailer can also be seen on the Iron Man website. Cinematical has a few details as well. They are correct that Black Sabbath's "Iron Man" was very appropriate for this film. This is a trailer from a new South Korean film called D-War or Dragon War. Shim Hyung-rae (who IMDB called South Korea's Uwe Boll) directs the film which is based on Korean legend that ancient creatures will return to the Earth and cause great destruction. What this apparently means (according to the trailer) is that giant dragons are attacking Los Angeles and eating lots of cars and buses. D-War hits theaters Sepetember 14th.
