James Purefoy Stars in Solomon Kane

In Solomon Kane James Purefoy stars as Solomon Kane, a reformed killer who stalks the Earth looking for redemption. The character was created by Robert E. Howard, who created Conan the Barbarian. Set in the 16th century, Captain Solomon Kane cut a swatch through North Africa until he met a minion of the Devil himself, sent to get Kane's soul. Kane decides to change his life and ends up using his skills with pistols, a cutlass and a rapier in the service of good. Max von Sydow and Pete Postlethwaite co-star. Here's the trailer:
