Michael Chabon Wins Nebula For Best Novel The Yiddish Policemen's Union by Michael Chabon won the Nebula Award for Best Novel. The Nebula Awards are presented annually by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, for superior achievement in science fiction and fantasy writing.
